Hey, I’m Pete, a young Melbourne marriage celebrant and MC who creates relaxed, chilled out and easy-going wedding ceremonies.

Your ceremony should be the highlight that starts your wedding day where your friends and family will be in stitches and tears as I share your story in an authentic and engaging way, hilarious yet with sentiment.

Confirm I’m who you expect after watching weddings I’ve done on YouTube, reading couples reviews and listening to my ‘The Wedding Guide Podcast’ before you make any decisions.

The Story Begins

Whether it’s at a bar or over Zoom we start the legal documents that I handle and organise the entire way through. Once I learn all there is to know about your story I begin all the behind the scenes writing for your unique ceremony. After you review what I plan to say, I’ll memorise it and be ready for the day.

Your Big Day

Pete was an amazing celebrant. He was so professional from the initial emails and follow up all the way through to communication after the big day. He really listened to us at our meetings and helped to create a ceremony that suited us. On the day he was friendly, witty, calming and a great presence. Everything ran smoothly and we had such a fun and memorable day which he was a big part of. We would recommend Pete for sure to anyone thinking of booking him! 🙂

Wonderful to deal with from start to finish. From first meeting he was friendly and warm, easy to talk to and understood exactly our vision. The ceremony was the perfect balance of sentiment and humour. The guests all raved about Pete and loved all of the personal touches he had included.

Pete pulled the ceremony off better than we could have imagined. He was calm, authentic and real. He told our story in it's truest form and made our ceremony one to remember. We were laughing, crying and full of love. Nearly every one of our guests commented on Pete and the ceremony, some thought he was a close friend as he told our story as if he knew us! Book Pete!

Professional, warm & understanding throughout the whole process. Took a very extra mile to aid us in our difficulties even while we were making things work from outside Australia. During the ceremony, we made some last minute changes which he accommodated to and even made it fun, interactive and he even dressed up to suit our unusual dress code. To top it off, he delivered a beautiful & heartwarming story of our relationship

Pete was brilliant! We met with three potential celebrants, and it was an easy decision for both of us to go with Pete - he was incredibly authentic, made us feel relaxed and we shared lots of laughs, but it was also clear to see that love and marriage is very important to him. Pete listened to us ramble for what felt like hours (thankfully over some wine) and managed to turn this into a coherent and accurate story of our relationship. With a killer smile, a great presence, and a few dad jokes thrown in (on our request) Pete was the perfect celebrant for us, and we'd recommend him highly!

Pete was fabulous - he made all of our interactions really warm and friendly, lead us through what needed to be done and all up nailed our ceremony on the day. So much so, our friends thought he was a personal friend of ours! Highly recommend Pete - he's professional and easy going and was always so helpful!

Yes, it’s the best damn system going around! The Sennheiser LSP Pro 500, it’s perfect for audiences of 10 – 350 people.

Can you help us with vows?

I’ll help you right now, here’s a document that covers all the legal stuff and pages of samples for personal vows. You’ve got this! If you want me to double check them, I’d be more than happy to – just email them through to pe**@pe**************.au

What’s your price?

My price varies due to the date, I’ll be cheaper on a Sundays Winter than a Saturdays February by a few hundred dollars. If you’re looking for an incredible experience with quality wedding memories, then send me an enquiry and I’ll let you know the cost upfront so you can make an informed decision. I’m also happy to stagger the payments to help; I call it… PetePay.

What do you do as MC?

I become the familiar face for all your wedding guests throughout the whole day whom they build trust with right from the start. It also allows your uncle or mate to enjoy the wedding while I run around keeping an eye on time and helping update all your suppliers.
